Experience guided meditation to connect with your body & self-reflection activities. Practice vocal activation to assist in regaining the voice to your story. Our Storied Grief Retreat for Womb Loss is a holistic healing experience led by someone who has personally experienced a hysterectomy. Light snack and refreshments are included. All supplies provided. Each attendee will also go home with our Womb Wisdom care package.
